Dr. Kimberly Arnold is AWESOME! The staff is always helpful and friendly. I have had nothing but an excellent experience with South Shores Animal Hospital. My little love Dylyn has decided to put the Tasmanian Devil to shame during vet visits…. Dr. Arnold and the staff have always been understanding and willing to work with us. I appreciate them. They are knowledgeable and don’t try to push unneeded therapies. They truly attempt to do what is best for your pet.
Just moved here and was looking for a new vet for my bengal/savannah cats. I read the reviews and decided to come here. Dr. Suzuki was wonderful, and my cat was comfortable with her right away. This is the least stressed my cat has ever been in a vet’s office. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The office is nice, clean, and comfortable. Their prices are way better than my last vet and they run specials. I’m glad I found a great place to take my cats that they actually enjoy going to. Definitely recommend.
I adore this place. We take our 3 doggies here, and everyone is so friendly and loving to them. We already have had Sadie fixed and all our doggies’ vaccinations and consults. I trust them with my doggies, and that is HUGE for me! Sadie does not feel fearful of going in even after her operation, and she has reacted to other places in the past—that says a lot!

Such an amazing team they have there! One of my dogs started showing symptoms of a spinal cord injury, and they got me in right when they opened up for X-rays and got me a referral to a specialist right away for surgery. They are quick, efficient, and affordable. I can’t express how grateful I am to have found such an amazing team of people to care for my fur babies. Thank you again, I am forever grateful. ❤️
I have yet to face any complications with appointment scheduling, charges, or payment. My pup loves it! Staff and veterinarians are extremely helpful and supportive. Reasonable pricing!
Dr. Arnold is so good with my large German Shepherd and Shepherd mix. I appreciate her giving the vaccines in the exam room and answering any questions I may have.
