During your visit you will find more one on one time with our doctors to answer all your questions and concerns. Here at South Shores Animal Hospital, we believe every animal that walks through our doors is important and deserves the best care possible. As for their owners, we aim not only to please but to make sure you leave with all the knowledge available to help you continue to be the great pet parent you are!
We understand that this is a scary time for both us humans and our furbabies. They sense our worry and may reflect our emotions. Please know we are here for you, to help ease your pet concerns, and to bring us through this together.
We are thrilled to announce that phase one of our remodel has been completed! With the completion of our new reception area, we now move forward to phase two. This means more exciting renovations are in the works for our hospital, however with that said, we have had to close our boarding facility until we complete the remaining phases.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you and your furry family members. At this time, we do not have a completion date but once we are confident about when we will be able to reopen our boarding, we will let everyone know. We appreciate your support and patience during this exciting time for us!
As an essential business we are open to care for your pets' needs. We have put in place protocols to reduce the ristk and keep us all safe.
PRIOR TO VISIT: Please advise us if you (or a household member) has exhibited symptoms, awaiting test results or tested positive for Covid-19.
DURING YOUR VISIT: Please follow social distancing guidelines and stay 6 feet apart. Wearing a mask is required. Please be advised that there can only be 4 clients in the lobby at a time and only 2 pet parents are allowed in an exam room with their pet.
CARSIDE SERVICE: If you prefer to wait in your car, please call 702-255-8050 for carside service.
